We are looking for an experiencedProgram Managerwith demonstrated experience supporting DoD requirements to join our growing team in San Diego, CA. As aProgram Manageryou will: * Perform a variety of management support activitiesinvolving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of systems engineering . * Provide support to the Project/Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through its lifecycle. * Support IT and engineering systems development and introduction of new capabilities; * Work on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables. * Receive robust benefits package that includes Employee Stock Ownership Plan! A week in the life of aProgram Manager: * Briefs management on the status of action items and metrics to track contract performance. * Coordinates projects; develops a system for data collection, reporting criteria, and records; * Research and compiles statistics and data for projects; and may assist in writing narratives for reports. * Monitors the project''''s timeline; tracks document submissions; and creates, monitors, and maintains audit files. Identifies, communicates, and resolves risks. * Identifies and resolves issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may affect the success of the project. * For program compliance, designs and implements procedures to fulfill project objectives and criteria; may prepare memorandums; works with agencies to resolve concerns and issues. * Prepares monthlyreports. * Evaluates and monitors the performance and efficiency of programs to ensure that program implementation is on target. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
