Project Manager Job Description PWS International is currently looking for an Experienced Project Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. With minimal supervision, the Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and quality. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills are a must. Job Responsibilities
• Manage multiple construction projects from estimating/bidding to delivery, installation, and close-out.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project quality, timeliness, and budget.
• Track and forecast project costs and schedules.
• Review and confirm order accuracy and delivery dates.
• Communicate with vendors and obtain quotes.
• Perform material takeoffs.
• Handle project documentation such as RFI''''s, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and close-out docs.
• Travel occasionally as needed. Education & Experience
• Two or Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related area (Preferred).
• Knowledge of the glass/glazing industry and products (such as fixed glazing, aluminum and glass storefronts, doors, interior glass, and metal panels).
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications (Preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Required).
• Accurate mathematical skills (Required).
• A clean background check and drug screen (Required).
• Department of Criminal Justice Background Check (Required).
• Self-motivation, self-regulation, and a positive attitude. Clearance Level Required: Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Level clearance.
