Job Description:
• Possess sufficient proficiency in Russian to translate professional and technical writing and journeyman level OSINT/MA research skills to conduct open-source research in Russian.
• Accurately translate technical documents, to include journal articles, patent applications, scientific papers - from Russian.
• Conduct open-source (OSINT) research to identify, triage, and translate technical documents
• An undergraduate or equivalent background in mechanical, aerospace, or electrical engineering, STEM from an accredited institution is desired.
