Security Officer/Escort With Security Clearance

Title: Physical Security Officer (Unarmed) Job Type: Full-Time (W-2) / Salary-Hourly (Shift Work) Location: Atlanta, Georgia Clearance: Active and Current Top-Secret/SCI with Polygraphy++ Job Summary: Stillwater is looking for a highly motivated and diligent Unarmed Physical Security Officer with a Clearance to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all personnel, visitors, and property within the designated area of responsibility. Duties and Responsibilities: * Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and report any potential security breaches or safety hazards * Monitor security cameras, access control systems, and other security equipment to ensure their proper functioning * Respond to emergency situations such as fire alarms, and security breaches in a timely and professional manner * Act as point of contact / onsite advisor during security and emergency events, in accordance with established policies and procedures * Conduct bag searches, metal detector screenings, and related procedures as per established guidelines * Conduct the issuance, renewal, revocation, Inventory, confiscation of badges/smartcards, etc. * Conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance with security policy * Conduct physical escort for maintenance, cleaning, and other services * Conduct prescribed Secure Work Area entry and exit procedures (ex. Check documents and equipment). * Confirm authorization to intake all equipment and supplies (PPE, desktop, and server equipment), and coordinate with responsible teams upon arrival * Intake and perform initial triage of all security incidents, concerns, and service request * Maintain standards of Security Officer competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity, including compliance with Company and the Client''''s Code of Conduct and Work Attire Policy * Manage and ensure adherence with visitor access procedures as defined by program security team (Includes visitor access logs, visitor badges, server room, and other Secure Work Areas) * Observe and Screen personnel prior to entry and exit, and enforce policy adherence, per established processes. * Open and close secure work areas, to include safes, following defined procedures. * Report or respond to incidents, security, and safety concerns in accordance with established procedures * Review documentation (Standard Operating Procedures, policies, etc..) to ensure accuracy in accordance with standards set by program security team * Track and document citizenship verification for Secure Work Area access * Complete daily activity reports and incident reports as required by the company and client. * Provide training and guidance to the personnel on physical security measures and protocols. * Additional duties may be assigned, and functions may be modified, according to business necessity Education, Experience, and Skills: * Must be 18 years of age or old * Must be a U.S. Citizen * Possess High School Diploma/GED required * Possess security clearance at TSC/SCI with Polygraph++ level * Must provide proof you have completed a 24-hour classroom training program accredited by the Georgia Board of Private Detectives & Security Agencies * Possess at least 1year experience in physical security and/or law enforcement * Pass a comprehensive background investigation * Pass a pre-employment drug screen * Knowledge of current security practices and procedures * Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally * Attend all required pre-assignment security training/briefings * Be capable and willing to adjust work schedules to meet customer requirements, if necessary * Communicate effectively by reading, writing, and speaking in the English language Stillwater is an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, veteran status, or any other protected class.
