Job Description GDIT is seeking a Software Developer Sr. Advisor to help support the Navy''''s Airborne Electronic Attack Unique Planning Component (AEA UPC)program. As a Software Developer Sr. Advisor, for the AEA UPC program in Point Mugu, California you will be responsible to assist with development of the Next-generation Open Mission Systems (NOMS) project to replace the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS). In this role, a typical day will include: * Build microservices containers using REACT and JAVA Script to conform with strict product and performance requirements
* Participate with other developers and team members using Agile methodology and following the SCRUM process
* Managing/peer-reviewing Codebase using GIT
* Creating use cases
* Performing unit functional tests Qualifications: * Active DoD Secret Level DoD Security Clearance
* Able to attain Top Secret Clearance
* BS (or equivalent experience)
* 8+ years experience with various software language types and frameworks, including C++/C#, .NET, Java Script, Java, HTML, CSS, React, Unix
* Good organizational and management skills Desired Qualifications: * Ability to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment
* Exposure to SCRUM and Agile methodologies
